Most would describe me as a mother, wife, and small business owner. But in reality, I am so much more than that. And so are you.
Society may put us in boxes, but that doesn't mean we have to stay there. So let's break free from who we think we should be and start living the fulfilling life we deserve.

MY STORY
My journey has been long and a little crazy. When I was born my dad saved me in the first moments of life. He had to give me three blood transfusions. I think there was a little magic in what he gave me.
I was very different from the beginning. I used to be consumed with death, so as I got older I trained as a death doula. I was also a personal trainer but hated sweaty gyms. I wanted to be outside in nature, in the sun, near a river. I love herbs, water, fire, creatures, passion, deep conversations, heart-centered weirdos, quirky things, art in all forms, messy people, imperfection, and unapologetically authentic humans. CATS!!
I get high on music and sound therapy (training in that also.)
I became a certified hypnotherapist at SWIHA in 2012. It was the one modality that transformed my life. I learned why change was so hard and why I held myself back from success so many times. TOO MANY TIMES. I love when I can guide others to OPEN DOORS to their magical life. It is already inside of you. You just have to open the door. Sometimes our doors are so GUARDED by the conscious mind that we talk ourselves out of all the magic we are here for.
I want to spend my precious time with people that I welcome into my CIRCLE. You should be the same.
I also believe you are here for a reason. Something brought you to ME.
Also, Emerson is my alter ego. She is my Fire-Starter, LEO Queen, Get that SH*T Done without excuses personality. I had her hidden behind the door for way to long. Glad I found her and saved her and she saved me. That's why I am here doing the thing.
